A month ago, we received an order from a Spanish customer. The customer ordered two European – style single – girder cranes with a load – bearing capacity of 10 tons each. These cranes are to be used for material handling on the mechanical production line.

After the order was signed, we promptly formulated a production plan based on the customer’s requirements and usage scenarios. Every process, from raw materials to the processing of each component, and then to assembly and testing, strictly adheres to international standards.

We also regularly provided feedback to the customer, enabling them to keep abreast of the production progress of the products in real – time. Currently, these two cranes have been loaded onto an ocean – going freighter and are sailing on the vast sea.

Before shipment, the equipment will go through multiple stringent tests to ensure that there are no quality issues. Upon arrival, we will arrange a professional after – sales team to provide the customer with installation, training, and subsequent maintenance services, ensuring that the customer can use our products smoothly and that our products can provide efficient and reliable support for their mechanical production.
