1. Structural design
The LD type electric single beam crane has only one main beam on its structure and is used in conjunction with CD1 or MD1 electric hoists. It is a lightweight and small lifting machinery with a relatively simple structure.
The QD type electric double beam bridge crane has two main beams, consisting of a box shaped bridge, a large vehicle operating mechanism, a small vehicle, and electrical equipment, with a relatively complex structure.

2. Performance parameters
The LD type electric single beam crane generally has a span of 7.5-28.5 meters and is suitable for workshops and warehouses with relatively small spans. The lifting capacity is generally between 0.5-50 tons, suitable for lifting small and medium-sized goods.
The span of QD type electric double beam bridge crane is usually between 10.5-31.5 meters, and even larger spans can be customized according to special needs. The lifting capacity range is even wider, usually reaching 5-500 tons, which can meet the needs of large-scale operations and open spaces.

3. Working level
The working level of LD type electric single beam crane is generally A3-A4, belonging to the light to medium working type, which means it is suitable for situations where the work is not too frequent and the load is light.
The working level of QD type electric double beam bridge crane is usually A5-A6, which belongs to the intermediate and advanced working types and can adapt to frequent operations and heavy loads.

4. Applicable scenarios
LD type electric single beam crane is suitable for some small mechanical processing workshops, maintenance plants, small warehouses, etc., mainly used for lifting some small and medium-sized components and goods.
QD type electric double beam bridge is suitable for large and high-strength lifting operations, material lifting in shipyards, steel mills, and large construction sites.

5. Cost analysis
The LD type electric single beam crane has a relatively low procurement cost due to its simple structure and relatively easy manufacturing process.
The QD type electric double beam bridge crane has a relatively high procurement cost due to its complex structure and strong load-bearing capacity.
